The TAG Heuer 150th Anniversary

As we have in the column this week latiniste, famous Swiss watchmaker TAG Heuer celebrated its 150th anniversary this year. To mark the occasion Bonhams will auction the Haslinger Collection of fine and rare Heuer watches on 15 December in London. The collection of museum-quality sole owner was built to represent the best of the Heuer timepieces. Comprising over 100 lots, it includes most of the most iconic models such as the Silverstone circuit, Autavia, Carrera, Daytona and Monaco (above), made famous by Steve McQueen. The range of watches to the value of 1 £ 500 £ 15 000.
